1. CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES: MK WBC launches phase 2 of the MK Program, aiming to position MKonnected and its by-products as major players in the field of social and professional connectivity, information and personal development. In this context, the recruitment of interns is necessary to achieve the following results:
2. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:
Design of Developed and Validated Marketing Scenarios:
• Participate in the development of three marketing scenarios for MKonnected, integrating the sub-products PMK, Gaaho Life, and MK News.
• Ensure that these scenarios meet the following criteria, validated by the Foresight team:
– MKonnected attracts between 500,000 and 1,000,000 users per day;
– Gaaho Life is identified as the main reference for the distribution of content on the local market;
– PMK is recognized as the reference for finding interns, academic and professional guidance, as well as remote supervision of academic interns;
– MK News is strategically positioned as an essential information tool;
– MKonnected Supplier space actively attracts online sellers;
– The MKonnected Program succeeds in attracting 300 companies, 5 international organizations, 5 public universities, and 10 technical and general education high schools as partners;
– At least 20,000 learners (students, pupils, others) are engaged on the MK course.
Development of a Business Plan with Revenue Objective:
• Contribute to the development of a complete business plan for the first 12 months, with very specific objectives;
• This commercial plan must include framework contracts negotiated with potential advertisers to guarantee the financial viability of the MKonnected Program.
PPT Presentation of MKonnected and By-Products:
• Create a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) supporting MKonnected and each of its sub-products (PMK, Gaaho Life, MK News) from the perspective of the opportunities offered.
• This PPT will be used to convincingly communicate the advantages and strengths of the MKonnected platform and associated services during presentations and commercial approaches.
3. RESEARCH PROFILE:
• Academic training in marketing, communication, commerce or a related field;
• Prior experience in marketing or communication projects would be an asset;
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and meet deadlines, creativity;
• Mastery of computer tools and graphic design software;
• Good understanding of the issues of the Cameroonian market and social media.
4. NUMBER OF TRAINEES TO RECRUIT: 6 TRAINEES IN TOTAL, FORMING THREE GROUPS OF 2 PERSONS.
5. DURATION OF INTERNSHIP: 3 months (position to be filled immediately).
6. WORKPLACE: Face-to-face, under the direction of the MK commission coordinator, in close collaboration with the MK WBC Prospective team.
7. SELECTION CRITERIA:
• Relevance of the profile to the needs of the project.
• Previous experience in similar projects.
• Technical and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation and ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
8. CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS: The selected interns will sign an internship contract for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of renewal depending on the needs of the project and individual performance.
