PROFILE: The Executive Assistant provides a central role in administrative support, operations coordination, activity monitoring, and decision-making support.
She ensures the fluidity of internal and external communications and actively participates in managing the organization’s performance.
DIPLOMA: Minimum 5 years of post-secondary education in management, administration, or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a
similar position, ideally in a demanding environment.

management. 

OPERATIONAL SKILLS: .

1 Operational skills: Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good understanding of performance monitoring tools (KPI, dashboards) Excellent writing and organizational skills; Fluency in French (oral and written) – knowledge of English is an asset 2 .Personal qualities: Sense of confidentiality, diplomacy, discretion; Ability to manage stress and multiple priorities; Proactivity, rigor and autonomy 

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Administrative and organizational assistance Proactive management of the management’s agenda (meetings, travel, priority arbitration) Drafting of letters, notes and meeting minutes Logistical organization of meetings, conferences, travel and events Filing, archiving and document management; 2. Coordination of operations Monitoring the progress of strategic or operational projects assigned by management Interface between management and the various operational departments Coordination of the transmission of information and activity reports 3. Monitoring of performance indicators (KPI)


Monitoring of management performance dashboards

Collection, analysis and synthesis of
operational data to support decision-making;
Preparation of periodic reports on
activities, projects and results
Alert in case of deviations from objectives
Communication relay role between management
and internal or external stakeholders
Preparation of presentations,
communication materials or official reports.
