We are looking for a Finance/Legal – Treasury Officer (M/F) based in Cameroon.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Director, the Treasury Officer will have the following main responsibilities:
– Ensure the daily management of treasury operations (receipts, disbursements, bank balances)
– Develop and monitor short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts
– Optimize financial flows and liquidity management
– Negotiate and manage relationships with banks and other financial partners
– Secure treasury operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures
– Produce treasury reports and bank reconciliations
– Contribute to financing management (loans, guarantees, lines of credit)
Required Profile:
• Education level: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4/5) in finance, accounting, management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
• Ability to analyze Integration of AFB 120 files and detection of anomalies.
Proficiency in using Treasury software (KYRIBA), AS400 Accounting software, and CITIDIRECT ONLINE BANKING;
Strong command of treasury management tools and financial techniques
; Rigor, organizational skills, discretion, and analytical mindset
; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
; Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP) is an asset
