The Role:
As the right-hand person to management, you will lead the monetization strategy for our media platforms. You will not only manage a team; you will instill a performance-driven dynamic to maximize advertising revenue.

• Define the overall sales strategy (Radio + TV).
• Supervise, train, and motivate the field sales team.
• Manage key accounts and major communication agencies.
• Analyze performance and provide regular reporting to management.
Profile:
• Expert in B2B sales with significant experience in advertising sales or agencies.
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team around ambitious goals.
• Excellent understanding of the media landscape and high-level negotiation techniques.
