RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and monitor counter transactions; Carry out daily monitoring of customer accounts;
►Update customer files and databases; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and banking regulations;
Apply security and confidentiality rules; ►Collaborate with the compliance department in the event of suspected fraudulent transactions;
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum BTS in accounting and business management.
Good command of IT tools and banking software.
