Mission description
• define business processes, identify complete requirements and ensure the involvement of specialists, user representatives and business process managers;
• systematically document results using appropriate methods;
• transmit requirements to downstream bodies;
• analyze statistics on customer databases (dashboards, marketing plans, data analysis, customer value, audience strategies, etc.) to develop the business (acquisition and loyalty) and assist in decision-making;
• carry out robust and actionable statistical modeling (decision trees, scoring, segmentation, etc.) to meet the strategic challenges of management;
• conduct targeting/extraction operations and measurement of relational marketing campaigns in order to support management in its CRM strategy;
• ensure the completion and monitoring of all passenger studies in relation to the units concerned;
• design functional and technical solutions meeting passenger needs and developments in the management to be implemented;
• carry out periodic customer satisfaction studies and surveys;
• initiate and carry out investment studies for improving and developing passenger activity;
• collect quantitative and qualitative data on the environment, markets and competition;
• set up performance indicators and the dashboard;
• develop and update dashboards from various panels for monitoring and analyzing product performance;

• manage the implementation of the pricing policy focused on flexibility and profitability;
• identify all passenger investment projects to be proposed to the Committee within the framework of the Three-Year Passenger Investment Plan and conduct studies of said projects in accordance with the methodology validated by the Committee;
• monitor the implementation of investment projects relating to passenger transport activity;

Profile:
Bac + 5 minimum – Statistics, Management, Engineering or any other recognized equivalent diploma.
Experience:
At least 6 years of professional experience in conducting studies, analyzing and monitoring performance, developing and implementing statistics.
