Mission:
MAIN MISSIONS
Intervene in the loan granting process through an independent review of files before the credit committees;
Identify and analyze risk elements related to the economic and financial structure of the company;
Issue an overall opinion on the identified risk and recommend measures to limit risks (reserves, addition of guarantees, etc.);
Participate in updating Advans Cameroun information in the CEI ANEMCAM database and ensure the animation of said database;
Contribute to the animation of the CREMF database in collaboration with other units, departments and management;
Prepare the summary information note for each credit file eligible for the weekly credit committee stage;
Participate in the process of creating/reviewing credit policies, procedures and methodology;
CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT MISSIONS
Scrupulously monitor compliance with information from the Risk Center and the credit office in the loan granting process within the Advans Cameroun institution;
Monitor strict compliance with the rules and standards of the credit policy and other reference documents related to the granting of loans within the institution;
Monitor the consistency of the financial indicators of a credit file;
Produce risk indicators (KRI);
Profile / Profile:
Skills sought for the position:
Master the Credit Policy, policies/procedures/processes related to Advans Cameroun credit;
Master the products and services of Advans Cameroun;
Have a good knowledge of the concept of risks in general and credit and counterparty risk in particular;
Have a good knowledge of the texts and regulations of the microfinance sector;
Perfectly master the use of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OpenOffice, etc.);
Have good writing and analytical skills;
Be rigorous and firm;
Have a strong sense of discretion and duty of reserve;
Have good communication, transmission and collaboration skills;
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Level of studies: Bac +3 minimum
Specialized training required: Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Auditing, etc.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position in banking or microfinance
