SOREPCO is present in several cities in Cameroon through its 21 agencies, such as Yaoundé, Douala, Bafoussam, Kribi, Bertoua, Bamenda and NGaoundéré.
Job Activities
Personnel Administration:
Draft and monitor employment contracts, amendments, and certificates.
Maintain individual employee files.
Manage absences, leave, lateness, and timekeeping.
Participate in payroll preparation (variables, bonuses, deductions).
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Publish job postings and screen applications.
Participate in CV pre-selection and interviews.
Organize the onboarding of new employees.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs.
Ensure the administrative follow-up of training plans.
Manage post-training evaluations.
Communication & Employee Relations:
Respond to employee inquiries.
Participate in the organization of employee meetings.
Contribute to the distribution of internal memos and information.
HR Reporting & Monitoring:
Produce HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, payroll).
Ensure the HR databases are up to date.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Personal skills:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and administrative rigor. Excellent
interpersonal skills and active listening.
