Director of Islamic Finance
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Business Development
* Define and implement the Islamic finance development strategy in line with the General Management’s vision;
* Identify and leverage new market and product opportunities; * Ensure the achievement of client portfolio growth objectives and business volumes;
Sharia Compliance and Supervision
* Guarantee the alignment of activities and operations with Sharia principles; * Ensure the implementation of recommendations from regulatory bodies; Management and Leadership
* Lead, coach, and evaluate the Agency’s teams;
* Optimize operational processes to guarantee efficiency and risk management.
REQUIRED PROFILE
+ Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Economics, Sales and Business Negotiation, Management, Banking, or equivalent. A specialization in Islamic finance would be an asset;
