Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Audit and Compliance Director, your mission will be to ensure the implementation of periodic controls based on a risk-based approach within the underwriting and claims/management processes.
Job Content:
Ensure the implementation of the company’s annual plan for ongoing technical controls
; Ensure the availability and compliance of reports and results of ongoing controls;
Ensure follow-up on identified malfunctions and the implementation of recommendations;
Participate in the preparation and development of files for the Audit and Risk Committees;
Contribute to updating the company’s risk procedures and registers
;
Identify control weaknesses and propose improvements;
Contribute
to reducing operational incidents and strengthening controls.
• Conduct periodic controls in benefits management:
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to your scope.
Required profile
:
Degree: Bachelor’s +4/5 in Auditing, Management Control, Risk Management, Internal Control, or any other
related field.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in internal or external auditing. A CIA, CRMA, or CISA certification would be an asset.
Skills:
• Good knowledge of internal control methodologies.
• Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the insurance sector and CIMA requirements. •
Knowledge
of risk management. • Ability to analyze complex situations and propose relevant solutions. • Ability to effectively manage situations and short deadlines. • Analytical and synthesis skills. • Proficiency in using Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and analytical models.
