JOB MISSION:
Contribute to the implementation of HR policy in accordance with the bank’s strategic directions and development objectives.
Payroll Management –
JOB ACTIVITIES:
Create and modify employee files in the HRIS;
Participate in payroll processing and post-payroll reports;
Create statistical dashboards (headcount, payroll);
Process payroll-related complaints.
Personnel Administration:
Create and update employee files;
Draft documents related to employee life within the company (employer certificates, leave certificates, etc.);
Manage employee absences (long-term absences, maternity leave, etc.) and process absence reports;
Declare employee social security contributions;
Prepare and monitor files for various departures (resignation, dismissal, retirement);
Create and monitor CNPS files (maternity leave, pension, work-related accidents, etc.).
Recruitment:
Utilize various application sources (in-person, online, referrals); Prepare and conduct internal and external recruitment processes;
Organize the onboarding of new recruits;
Manage internships (academic, holiday, work-study) and staff secondment contracts. Workforce Planning:
Contribute to the management of workforce planning and skills management;
Prepare and organize the rollout of annual and professional performance review campaigns; Develop HR management and decision-making tools.
Training:
Analyze the training needs of the entities and consolidate these needs for the development of the training plan; Analyze training offerings and develop comparative studies according to the applicable training procedure; Propose training actions (internal or external) in line with the needs of the entities; Organize the logistical aspects of training (training materials, training rooms, etc.);
Monitor post-training results in the short or medium term under the supervision of the Training Manager.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Minimum of a 4-year university degree (Bachelor’s + 4) in Management Science and/or a professional degree in Human Resources Management; Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, ideally within an international company;
Significant banking experience would be an asset.
Knowledge
Mastery of social and collective bargaining legislation; General knowledge of banking operations; Knowledge of payroll techniques; Knowledge of training design;
Proficiency in IT tools (HRIS, MS Office Suite, banking software);
Knowledge of English is an asset.
