FIRST TRUST SAVINGS AND LOAN SA (FTSL) is a microfinance institution (MFI) with approximately twenty branches spread across four operational regions: Littoral, Central and Far North, West and North-West, and the Southwest region.
As part of strengthening its operational plan, FTSL is launching a recruitment drive for Client/Commitment Interns.
Required Profile:
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
Be of Cameroonian nationality;
Hold at least one of the following diplomas: BTS, Bachelor’s, Master’s, with a specialization in Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Management, Accounting, etc.; Possess good professional and physical aptitude; Be of good moral character;
Be fluent in two of the local languages of the following regions: Littoral, Central and Far North, West and North-West, and the Southwest region;
2. Mandatory requirement:
The ability to ride a motorcycle and holding a motorcycle license would be an asset.
3. Application Requirements:
A handwritten application addressed to the Managing Director; A Curriculum Vitae;
Photocopies of diplomas and certificates.
4. Submission of Applications:
Applications must be submitted to the FTSL Headquarters in Douala or to the agencies located in the current regions of EMF’s operations no later than February 6, 2026.
