FCI Placement is recruiting on behalf of several partner companies and training centers for the following profiles: An Accountant, A Sales Director, A Management Controller and A Chinese Teacher.
1. Accountant
Required Profile:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Accounting, Finance, or Management
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Excel)
Good knowledge of the OHADA accounting system
Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining general accounting records
Preparing tax and social security returns
Monitoring accounting and financial transactions
Producing financial statements
2. Sales Director
Required Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4) / Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, or Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
Excellent negotiation and management skills
Main Responsibilities:
Defining and implementing the sales strategy
Developing and managing the client portfolio
Supervising and leading the sales team
Ensuring sales targets are met
3 . Management Controller
Required Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4) / Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Auditing, or Management Control
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Strong command of financial analysis tools and dashboards
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze budgets
Evaluate financial performance
Develop management dashboards
Propose cost optimization measures
4. Chinese Language Teacher
Required Profile:
Degree in Chinese language, translation, or teaching
Good command of Mandarin
Experience in teaching or training would be an asset
Main Responsibilities:
Teach Chinese language courses
Prepare teaching materials
Evaluate students and monitor their progress
