Evaluating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating functional (integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing) and non-functional (robustness testing, performance testing, load testing, usability testing, user interface testing, security testing) testing activities;
Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs;
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools; develop and implement testing processes for digital solutions; monitor debugging results;
track quality metrics such as defect density and the number of open defects;
stay informed about new testing tools and strategies;
use quality checklists to generate customer feedback.
Job Profile
*Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Computer Engineering or equivalent; certifications in IT, project management, or software testing would be an asset.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Digital Finance, Fintech, Telecommunications, or Software Development.
*Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of software development cycles;
