ONE (01) Service Officer Cash Management
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Clearing management
Debit customer accounts for all checks received in compensation.
Reject checks whose accounts have no funds and accounts that do not comply with the
mandatory information.
Collect check data from all branches and send to the central bank.
Ensure the generation of all transfers and send to the central bank. Check for control errors on ADT to ensure that transfers are correctly generated. Check the consistency of transfers issued on the application dedicated to processing transfers and ADT. Check the status of the database to ensure that all checks are generated. Credit all checks to customer accounts as soon as possible. Credit all transfers received to customer accounts as soon as possible. Follow up on customer accounts that have recorded credits with different titles to return funds if necessary. Send a detailed report of direction 1 and direction 2 of the compensation to customers. Send detailed reasons for rejections received. Ensure that the entries posted in the system are validated. Customer Relationship Management and Service Return all funds to accounts following the procedure in force. Be informed and responsive to new developments and changes, transformations and changes to payment methods. Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction rate of “very satisfied.” Propose appropriate solutions. Manage transfers sent and received abroad Execute SYSTAC/SYGMA transactions Build a profile and strong personal commitment through involvement in the bank’s activities. Manage and resolve customer complaints, process-related issues and ensure business-related recoveries. Risk Management Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with the procedures in force within the institution. Ensure scrupulous compliance with the regulations and rules to which operations related to the activity of cash management operations are subject. Processing of transactions with international.



Have a good knowledge of foreign exchange regulations in the CEMAC zone.
Process compliant foreign currency transfer orders in core banking (Flexcube 12).
Prepare SWIFT messages.
Respond to complaints from correspondents and internal customers.
Monitor the successful completion of executed transfers in order to avoid any suspense in the nostro.
Produce periodic statistics.
Issue and monitor standing orders abroad.
Classify source documents and accounting documents for transmission to the archives.

JOB PROFILE
Experience
4 to 5 years of experience in banking operations related to fund transfers and clearing
(SYSTAC, SYGMA) / SWIFT
Strong analytical skills, including interpretation and
problem-solving techniques.
Excellent knowledge of the regulations governing banking transactions,
foreign exchange regulations and domiciliation.
Bilingual – English, French
Qualifications
BAC + 3 Minimum in Accounting, Management, Banking or Finance
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to detect unauthorized modifications on instruments presented General understanding of the Bank’s products and local foreign exchange
regulations Quality oriented Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to be performed Good level of security sense and fraud awareness
