Responsibilities
The supplier accountant is the supplier’s contact. To this end, he carries out the following activities:
Monitoring of supplier accounts
Payment of suppliers
Classification and archiving of invoices
Control of suppliers
Creation of suppliers in SAP
Calculation and entry of prepaid charges
Monitoring of unreceived invoices
Review of accounts and regularization when of the annual and half-yearly balance sheet
Monitoring of inventory accounts, other approach costs.
Answer to certain tax questions and participation in various tax and social audits
Monitoring of general accounting
Monitoring and analysis of general accounts
Preparation of the payment file for various taxes and duties
Management of Intercos
DSF setup
Support from the Chief Accountant
Educational requirements
BAC + 4 in management sciences (Finance, Accounting option)
Experience required
Significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years
Good knowledge of large group accounting
Good mastery of accounting schemes and analytical accounting
Perfect Mastery of SYSCOHADA
Good knowledge of Cameroonian taxation
Additional requirements
Good knowledge of Africa or the identified geographical area is a plus.
