🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and professionally.
- Strong listening and customer service skills.
- Professionalism, punctuality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and contact or prospect management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents.
