Apave Cameroon is recruiting for one of its clients in the agro-pastoral sector, an Administrative and Financial Coordinator
In his essential role, he will be responsible for managing administrative and financial operations to ensure the smooth running of the company. He will work closely with the General Manager and various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, while contributing to the optimization of operational processes.
The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with great attention to detail, while respecting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage the company’s budgets and financial forecasts.
Develop monthly and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance of financial operations with current regulations.
Coordinate the financial planning and analysis process.
Supervise cash and cash flow management.
Organize and maintain financial documentation systems.
Collaborate with teams to optimize administrative procedures.
Plan and coordinate administrative and financial tasks
Distribute tasks and ensure their proper execution
Manage all accounting, management control, general resources and wealth departments
Profile
Bac + 5 in management, accounting & finance, business administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in a firm
Excellent command of office tools and accounting software.
Ability to analyze complex financial data.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication in French and English.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
