As part of  the implementation of its activities , H e l en K e ller C am eroun is recruiting an Administrative &        Human Resources Intern , based in Yaounde .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ This internship aims to offer an enriching professional experience and to allow the intern to develop practical skills in administration and human resources management .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

Objective of the internship​​​​​​​​

The intern will support the Administration and Human Resources team in the management of administrative and HR activities , contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Under the supervision of the Human Resources & Administration Coordinator , the intern will have the following main responsibilities :​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

▪ Welcome and direct visitors with courtesy​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​   

▪ Contribute to the physical and digital classification of documents​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​   

▪     Support the logistical organization of meetings ( invitations , room preparation , etc. )​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​

▪ Assist in drafting administrative correspondence and service notes​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management, Law or a related field; First experience (internship or employment) of at least 6 months (an asset); Excellent communication skills in French (English an asset);
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Rigor, organization and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks;
Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
Adaptability and learning ability.
Internship Conditions
: Stipend: 100,000 CFA francs per month;
Work location: Helen Keller Office, Yaoundé, Cameroon; Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday);
