Join Rodec Conseils and actively participate in providing legal and tax support to clients, drafting legal documents, conducting tax monitoring, and creating professional content for their digital platforms (Legal Cameroon).

Your responsibilities: 
   Drafting corporate documents (articles of association, minutes, transfers) 
   Formalities with the Commercial Court Registry / RCCM / CFCE (  Business Formalities Center)
   Research in corporate taxation 
   Support in labor law & social management 
   Legal communication for social media

Desired profile: 
   Master’s degree in Business Law, Taxation, Private Law, or OHADA Law 
   Proficiency in OHADA law 

   Excellent writing skills
   Rigor, discretion & proactivity 
   Taxation experience is an asset
