We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Administrative Officer in the daily administrative, financial, accounting, legal, and HR management of the company. The ideal candidate is rigorous, responsive, versatile, and possesses a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks: (Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Payments, Report Preparation, Filing) and will ensure discretion, reliability, and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive information.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in management, accounting, administration, or a related field.
Initial successful experience (internship or employment) in an administrative, accounting, or financial role.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally in management software (ERP, accounting, HR).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a team, report effectively, and follow precise instructions.
Fluency in French and a good understanding of professional English.

Comfortable working with figures and management data.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
