Job description
Missions / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the
Customer Service Representative Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative’s main
responsibilities will be to:

Create and develop a portfolio of healthy clients
by ensuring quality customer service and fostering
loyalty;
*
Prospect and acquire new clients by
identifying growth opportunities;
*
Ensure follow-up on client files and
loan applications;
*
Prepare credit files for clients under their
responsibility;
*
Monitor loan repayments;
Equip clients according to
defined objectives.
Required profile
Skills and qualities required:

Good listening, analytical, and summarization skills;
*
Good customer relationship management skills;
*
Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve
set objectives;
*
Knowledge of the credit business;
*
Dynamism and a team player;
*
Mental arithmetic skills;
*
Good knowledge of business accounting and
financial analysis;
*
Good knowledge of risk management, particularly
credit risk;
*
Aptitude and motivation for fieldwork
;
*
Proficiency in computer skills;
*
Proficiency in French and/or English.
