Provide secretarial services to the Group’s General Management as well as import procedures in collaboration with the Group’s freight forwarder.

·         Creation and preparation of travel files from the visa application to the actual trip and mission orders;

·         Ensure the management of flight ticket reservation requests during staff travel and in connection with logistics, guest hotel reservations;

·         Manage the necessary administrative files (permits, invoices, etc.);

·         Make proposals for updating contracts with service providers (hotels, parcel transport);

·         Prepare and organize the logistics of various professional events (meetings, travel, oral presentations, seminars, trade fairs, conference calls, etc.);

·         Perform other tasks requested by the hierarchy;

 

The post holder must have:

·          Academic level Bac G1/Professional degree in Logistics & transport 

·          Professional experience : Bilingual – English and French  

                                                 05 years of similar experience.

                                                  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
