JOB DESCRIPTION
The intern will work under the supervision of the General Manager.
Main missions:
As a Business Development Manager, you are one of the key players in the
company’s value chain. You will participate in the development of the company’s turnover by
prospecting and developing. You will also participate in customer loyalty.
Tasks:
• Prospect and identify business opportunities
• Create communication materials for customers and prospects
• Present offers and support prospects until they make a decision
• Development of the customer portfolio
• Analyze customer needs and challenges
• Establish a commercial deployment strategy
• Set up detailed action plans
• Monitor objectives and reporting
• Monitor sales negotiations and finalizations;
Required skills:
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and commercial negotiation;
• Good knowledge of customer monitoring and customer relationship management tools;


• Good ability to quickly create a climate of trust with interlocutors;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to summarize and a taste for challenges
• Perseverance and a sense of initiative, to prospect effectively and meet
commercial challenges;
• The ability to analyze results and adapt according to the opportunities and obstacles
encountered;
Desired profile • Currently in training with a minimum of 3 years of higher education in commercial management or commercial
marketing• Have at least one year of experience in the commercial fieldprofessionalsocial networks• Be reactive, motivated, flexible and not afraid of challenges• Be able to work semi-autonomously• Be an honest and reliable person and a force for proposals Conditions: We work 95% of the time remotely Have a laptop. Have access to a good internet connection every day Applications should be sent to the address recrutement@lbglobal-consulting.com
