Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Management, the Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative, logistical, and organizational functioning of the General Management. They ensure smooth internal communication and organization of the department’s activities.

Profile Sought:
We are looking for someone rigorous, responsive, and well-organized, with excellent presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills. Versatile and service-oriented, the ideal candidate will be able to interact with high-level stakeholders. Proficiency in office tools, discretion, and respect for confidentiality are essential.

Required Experience:

  • BAC +2 to BAC +3 in Business or Administrative Management
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial sector
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-person and phone reception
  • Ensure smooth entry and exit procedures for clients, service providers, employees, etc.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery to recipients
  • Follow up on client and partner queries and complaints via the CRM system
  • Manage the filing and archiving of correspondence from General Management
  • Organize staff travel and host group visitors (flight bookings, hotel reservations, mission orders, invitation letters, visa requests, etc.)
  • Support the HR Department in deploying communication activities
