Job Title: Corporate Training Assistant (M/F)
I. Main Missions
The Corporate Training Assistant participates in the operational implementation of the
skills development plan within companies. He/she is involved in
all stages of the training process.
1. Organization of training
ļ· Participate in the planning and logistical organization of training (booking
rooms, invitations, equipment, welcoming trainers, etc.);
ļ· Ensure relations with training providers and
internal/external speakers;
ļ· Monitor the training calendar and update monitoring tools.
2. Administrative Management
ļ· Manage registrations and invitations;
ļ· Collect and verify attendance sheets, certificates, evaluation sheets;
ļ· Manage administrative files and supporting documents for reimbursements or
support;
ļ· Contribute to the drafting of training reports and assessments.
3. Communication and support
ļ· Participate in updating the training offer on internal and external media;
ļ· Respond to requests from employees regarding training actions;
ļ· Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes.
4. Cross-functional projects
ļ· Participate in cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, CSR, quality of life at
work, etc.);
ļ· Contribute to the organization of internal events related to training or
HR development.
II. Desired profile
ļ· Training: Bac +3 in Human Resources, Training, Management or
equivalent field
ļ· Technical skills:
o Good command of the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, word);
o Knowledge of training management tools;
o Be bilingual (Good written and oral expression).

o Sense of organization and rigor;
o Interpersonal skills;
o Team spirit;
o Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
