THE JOB AT A GLANCE
Ensure optimal management of administrative, organizational and strategic activities, as well as the projects entrusted to you, in accordance with the best practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI), while collaborating directly with the Deputy Director.
YOUR MISSIONS
· Manage the DD’s schedule and organize their appointments;
· Ensure the management of mail, emails and other administrative documents;
· Liaise with the company’s various divisions and departments;
· Participate in the preparation and monitoring of individual performance evaluations of employees;
· Manage the projects entrusted by the DD;
· Contribute to the development of company policies and annual strategic plans;
· Develop detailed schedules with allocation of resources and responsibilities;
· Produce progress reports and project performance analyses;
· Identify and anticipate project risks and propose corrective measures.
