modeling and technical monitoring of projects. Your
technical and organizational skills guarantee solutions adapted to the
needs of customers.

Missions and main tasks
ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT
Analyze specifications and develop technical supports;
Participate in the creation and evaluation of prototypes, identify
anomalies;
Size projects and develop studies and price offers;
Supervise coordination between technicians, departments, customers and
suppliers;
Write technical files and create a database;
Manage projects.
WORK ORGANIZATION
Ensure the supply of materials and site logistics
;
Ensure the documentation update (re-collation) of the work;
Plan and ensure compliance with work deadlines;
Ensure the compliance of works with regulations, the
execution file and the specifications;
Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools;
Ensure the proper application of QHSE rules;
Monitor the progress of activities and report regularly to
management;
Ensure the attendance of agents on site and the control and transmission
of time sheets to management;
Supervise and lead technical teams (motivation, coordination,
objective, conflict management).

COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
Promote the company spirit with customers through a strong
presence in the field;
Monitor the completion of work;
Contribute to the relevant invoicing of services
Required diploma: Design Engineering Diploma in the
professions: Electrical Engineering; Climate Engineering (HVAC);
Industrial and Production Maintenance or similar.
Number of years of experience: 05 years
Required training level
Knowledge:
Master design tools (CAD, DAO, 2D/3D visuals).
Manage teams and manage suppliers.
Analyze project risks and opportunities.
Design prototypes while respecting standards and
methodologies.
Standard design and eco-design standards and tools.
Technical regulations specific to the HVAC sector.
Specific software (mechanical, chemical, and statistical analyses).
A good level of English to interpret technical documents.
Know the risks associated with the operations carried out and know how to
protect yourself against them.
Knowledge of designing solutions for HVAC systems,
electricity, and fluid mechanics.
Understand and apply control and testing rules and procedures.
