We are looking for a Generalist HR Assistant to support our client specializing in FinTech in the daily management of human resources, from recruitment through personnel administration, payroll until the end of employee contracts.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the recruitment process: drafting and posting job offers, screening applications, organizing interviews
To manage personnel administration (employment contracts, amendments, employee files)
Track absences and leave
Prepare variable payroll elements and edit payslips.
Contribute to the integration of new employees (onboarding)
Participate in the organization of training courses and the monitoring of the skills development plan
Update HR dashboards and indicators
Ensure compliance with social legislation and internal procedures
Responding to common employee inquiries regarding HR matters
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Good knowledge of labor law and HR procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of an HRIS and/or payroll software and proficiency in using the tool (an asset)
Ability to draft HR administrative letters and documents
Proficiency in personnel administration and payroll
PROFILE
Bac+2/3 degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
First successful experience in a similar position (internship, or employment with 1 to 2 years of experience)
Rigour, organizational skills and respect for confidentiality
Good interpersonal skills and ease in communication
Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Team spirit and discretion
LANGUAGES
Speaking English (required)
Being bilingual is a plus
