Description
: Implement the company’s total compensation policy, benefits, and other incentives
. Ensure the coordination of actions integrated into C&B plans and proactively propose rewards.
Stay informed of new laws and regulations related to total compensation and benefits
. Ensure compliance with the law for data processing related to compensation/remuneration operations
. Assist the C&B Manager with survey analysis and benchmarking
. Advise managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters and answer their questions
. Monitor the application of procedures related to their area of expertise
. Produce statistical and cost analyses related to compensation and benefits data
. Ensure, within the company, the monitoring of operations contributing to the establishment of salaries and Social declarations
§ Collect basic salary information (commission slips, overtime, salary deductions, leave, etc.)
§ Process payroll
§ Manage deductions (loans, advances) using the computer system § Record
salaries and social security contributions
§ Submit payroll statements for management approval
§ Generate payslips and transfer orders
§ Monitor salary transfers with banks
§ Update the monthly payroll file §

applications § Generate monthly and annual DIPES (Declaration of Employment and Social Security Contributions) § Prepare social declarations § Monitor the processing and accounting of paid leave, absences, and bonuses § Prepare final pay settlements § Transmit employee contributions to accounting ; Generate queries: data extractions facilitating payroll analysis, actuarial valuation, and compensation and benefits ; Submit online declarations to the CNPS ( National Social Security Fund); Collect information for preparing the social report ; Classify, save, and archive all files related to the activity ; Implement and monitor activity dashboards ; Participate in the onboarding process for new recruits.
§ Contribute to the job evaluation process with the HRBP Recruitment and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Participate in the development of compensation proposals for new recruits.
Qualifications
: Minimum experience: 2 years in payroll accounting.
Typical education: Bachelor’s degree (3-4 years of higher education) in Accounting/Human Resources Management.
