Type of offer: Fixed-term contract.
Main duties:
• Ensure the production of contracts for clients;
• Provide personalized support to clients accurately and efficiently.
Main activities:
• Ensure the subscription of insurance policies (auto, travel, and all other policies authorized for data entry); • Trace POOL TPV files for transmission to the technical department; •
Monitor requests and files sent for processing; • Manage customer and agent complaints within deadlines; •
Ensure the recording of customer needs.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (3-4 years of higher education) in Insurance, Business Administration, or Marketing; Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Skills:
Mastery of insurance techniques;
Production and quoting (auto, fleet); Good knowledge of current regulations;
Good analytical skills;
Good communication skills.
Specific requirements:
Experience in property and casualty insurance would be an asset;
Good knowledge of the business software; Bilingual;
Excellent interpersonal skills.
