Position: Direct Sales Agent
Start date: IMMEDIATE
Main mission
The direct sales agent in microfinance is responsible for prospecting, promoting and marketing microfinance products and services (loans, savings, inclusive insurance) to target populations, while ensuring rigorous follow-up with clients and compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities
: • Prospect for new clients (SMEs/VSEs)
• Raise client awareness of microfinance products (credit, savings, transfers, insurance)
• Assist clients with administrative procedures
• Conduct regular field visits
• Ensure client loyalty and satisfaction
• Prepare reports
• Strictly adhere to internal procedures and policies
 Desired Profile:
Technical Skills
: • Sales and field prospecting techniques
• Basic knowledge of microfinance, credit, and savings
• Proficiency in office software and/or microfinance software
Behavioral Skills
: • Active listening and teaching skills
• Integrity and respect for confidentiality
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Autonomy and perseverance
• Strong interpersonal skills and community spirit
Education & Experience:
• Level: Minimum Baccalaureate to Bac+2/3 (management, finance, economics, business, or equivalent)
• Experience in microfinance or field sales is an asset
• Good knowledge of the intervention area
• Availability for fieldwork
