BFI is recruiting for the position of Administrative and Financial Manager (M/F) in Douala.
The Administrative and Financial Manager is responsible for the financial, accounting, administrative, and budgetary management of the institution. They ensure the reliability of financial information, the sound management of company resources, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and the optimization of financial performance.

Education & Experience : β’ Bachelor’s degree
(Bac+4 or Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management, Auditing, or equivalent.
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a bank, microfinance institution, or financial institution. β’ Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis. Sound knowledge of taxation and regulations applicable to financial institutions. Proficiency in budgetary and treasury management techniques. β’ Knowledge of internal control and risk management standards. β’ Proficient in accounting and management software. β’ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and office software. β’ Integrity and a strong sense of ethics. Rigor and organizational skills. β’ Analytical and synthesis skills. Leadership and ability to manage a team.
