RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR A BRANCH MANAGER
For the needs of its services, CCM (Caisse Communautaire des Montagnes) SA, a second-
category EMF, is seeking applications for the following position:
Position: Branch Manager
Location: YaoundΓ©
Contract type: Permanent contract
Main missions:
β’ Lead and coordinate the activities of the agency;
β’ Ensure compliance with procedures and security on a daily basis;
β’ Assist the director in all Development actions.
Main responsibilities:
β’ Collect all mandatory information;
β’ Analyze the specific needs of the client (company and society) and finalize the sale; β’ Advise clients and prospects (company and society) on products and services adapted to their needs; β’ Carry out the entry into relationship while respecting compliance aspects; β’ Formalize and centralize information in the information system (opening an account (company and society) and handling product and service contracts sold); β’ Sell microfinance products and services; β’ Develop customer knowledge during interviews; β’ Develop knowledge of the customer and prospect portfolio and implement all types of commercial actions (rate and number of contacts to organize for example); β’ Analyze your portfolio; β’ Deepen the relationship with existing customers and develop the FDC through a conquest attitude based on the dedicated portfolio/segment (sponsorship); β’ Carry out targeted prospecting and customer approach actions; β’ Monitor customer risks on a daily basis; β’ Ensure control of credit risk when granting and monitoring operations; β’ Validate all credit files (PPO-PPI-Overdraft, taking guarantees); β’ Participate in monitoring pre-litigation actions: β’ Monitor current customer operations (checks, transfers, direct debits, credit deadlines, forcing, etc.) in compliance with the procedures in force: β’ Ensure proper compliance and respect the security rules of the operations initiated; β’ Issue means of payment; β’ Act against money laundering and terrorist financing operations; β’ Maintain activity statistics; β’ Ensure the reporting of monthly statistics to management; β’ Organize at least one agency meeting per week; β’ Analyze the monthly evolution of sales and others and report discrepancies as well as corrective measures;
β’ Report all doubtful debts to the Director and propose recovery measures;
β’ Any other tasks assigned by the hierarchy.
Desired profile:
β’ Minimum Bac + 3 in marketing, commerce, sales, finance, banking or any other equivalent diploma;
β’ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
