MISSIONS:
β’ Manage customer service across all channels: calls, WhatsApp, social media, emails, in-person reception
β’ Supervise and develop a team of customer advisors
β’ Handle sensitive complaints professionally
β’ Improve customer experience and satisfaction
β’ Monitor performance: turnaround times, customer loyalty, service quality, NPS
β’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver a premium experience
β’ Produce reports and strategic recommendations for Management
PROFILE:
– Leadership & excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong listening and organizational skills
– Proficiency in CRM and office software
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
