As part of our diversification and expansion strategy, we are looking for a Sales Manager for our subsidiary ( FAMILY FOODS COMPANY ), specializing in the processing and distribution of raw materials, finished and semi-finished agri-food products, to lead the marketing and business development strategy, supervise the sales team and contribute to the brand’s visibility.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Define and implement the commercial strategy, identify and analyze market opportunities in target sectors: confectionery, cosmetics, oil production, pastry, food industry, etc.
– Define the prospecting plan and priority targets
– Develop a strong network of contacts in the target industries
– Manage pricing policy and general terms and conditions of sale
– Guarantee the satisfaction and loyalty of new and existing customers
– Coordinate with the production, logistics and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries
– To motivate, mentor, and develop the skills of the sales force
– Set individual and collective objectives and monitor their progress
TECHNICAL SKILLS
– Mastery of semi-finished products derived from cocoa (paste, butter, powder) and peanuts (oil, cake, paste) and their industrial uses.
– Negotiation, key account management, long sales cycle.
– Reading margins, profitability, cost analysis.
– Knowledge of the agricultural raw materials market, cosmetics and confectionery sectors.

PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree ( 3-5 years of higher education) in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
Minimum three (03) years of experience as a sales representative in the agri-food and mass distribution sector.
LANGUAGES
– Fluent French
– Professional English
Speaking Arabic would be an advantage
Driving licence B ( Required )
