Business Development Support Assistant
based in Douala.
TYPE OF CONTRACT Fixed-term contract
Main Missions
β’ Provide administrative, commercial and operational support for
business development (Direct Offices, General Agents, Brokers,
customer relations center)
Main Activities
β’ Process coding requests;
β’ Assist in the implementation and execution of customer satisfaction campaigns for direct offices, general agents and brokers
β’ Update and file classification of Old and new Commercial Agents;
Collect the necessary information for quotes;
β’ Support the direct office and Broker networks in production entries
Skills
β’ Excellent communication skills;
β’ Good knowledge of insurance;
β’ Good analytical and reporting skills:
β’ Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
β’ Affinity with Non-Life insurance software;
Special requirements
Good knowledge of the office pack:
β’ Good knowledge of Mercure software would be an asset
β’ Customer relations;
Bilingual.
Prerequisites
β’ Training: Minimum BAC + 2 in insurance, communication or management
β« 02 years of minimum experience.
