, is looking for a presentable and rigorous CASHIER for one of its clients.
Main missions:
Ensure the collection, recording and monitoring of customer payments for
shipping services.
Main activities:
๏ท Welcome customers at the payment counter;
๏ท Record services sold (shipping, packaging, insurance);
๏ท Collect payments in cash, mobile money or other means;ย ๏ท Provide receipts and proof of payment to customers;ย ๏ท Open and close the cash register (daily reporting);ย ๏ท Make remittances according to internal procedures;ย ๏ท Reconcile payments with shipments made;ย ๏ท Participate in simple administrative data entry (invoicing, slips);ย ๏ท Report any anomalies or complaints to management.ย Skills and qualities required:ย ๏ท Mastery of cash register operations;ย ๏ท Sense of customer service and good presentation;ย ๏ท Rigor in handling money;ย ๏ท Ability to use basic IT tools (Excel, Cash)
