Administrative Manager – Administration and Finance
Do you enjoy structuring, organizing and securing the administrative environment of a dynamic company?
– This strategic position places you at the heart of administrative and regulatory management.
Missions
– Manage administrative, HR and supplier files
– Supervise accounting and contribute to budget monitoring
– Ensure regulatory compliance (COSUMAF, BEAC, etc.)
– Support Front and Back Office operations
– Organize statutory meetings (CA, AGM, etc.)
Profile
Bac+4/5 in Finance, Law or Administration
Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting, compliance
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial or stock market environment
Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy
Bilingual (French/English)
