Missions
Collect funds from our clients with professionalism and rigor;
Develop and retain a client portfolio;
Ensure the quality of service and compliance with internal procedures;
Be a trusted relay between clients and the institution.
Main activities
Ensure the physical collection of daily funds from clients according to established procedures;
Contribute to the growth of the client portfolio by identifying new prospects;
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
Report any anomalies noted in the field to management;
Work closely with the sales team and the area supervisor.

Required profile
Minimum level of education: BEPC;

Ability to work under pressure and achieve field objectives
