Beyos Construction & Energy is recruiting a Financial Analyst to join its fast-growing team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and support high-impact projects in construction and renewable energy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
– Developing short- and medium-term budgets and financial forecasts.
– Analyzing project expenses, revenues, and profitability.
– Evaluating the profitability of construction projects and investments.
– Preparing financing plans and applications for banks and investors.
– Analyzing cash flow requirements and monitoring financial transactions.
– Assessing financial risks and proposing appropriate solutions.
– Preparing financial dashboards and reports for management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Educational Requirements
– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or an equivalent field.
Professional Experience
– At least three years of experience in a similar position, or substantial internship experience.
Technical Skills
– Proficiency in financial and accounting tools, including advanced Excel, accounting software, and Power BI.
– Strong knowledge of financial analysis and budget management.
– Ability to assess project costs and profitability.
– Experience in financial forecasting and cash flow planning.
– Good understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
– Familiarity with the construction industry is an added advantage.
