ALNY HR CONSULTING SARL , a firm specializing in recruitment, staffing, temporary work, HR consulting and outsourcing of human resources management, is recruiting a Chief Accountant on behalf of one of its clients .
Main missions
Under the supervision of the Finance Department, your responsibilities will include:
Supervise all of the company’s accounting operations;
Ensure the reliability of financial statements and accounting closings;
Prepare tax and social security declarations in compliance with legal deadlines;
Supervise the work of the accounting team;
Ensure the monitoring of cash flow and bank reconciliations;
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance;
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and internal control procedures;
Collaborating with auditors, statutory auditors and government agencies.
Desired profile
Bachelor’s degree (4/5 years of higher education) in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or equivalent;
Professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position;
Excellent command of general and analytical accounting and taxation;
Good knowledge of OHADA accounting standards;
Proficiency in computer tools and accounting software;
Rigour, organisational skills, integrity and ability to lead a team.
