General mission
To investigate and complete Claims files in the interest of the client and that of Willis Towers Watson Cameroon.
Defend the interests of clients and the position of WTW Cameroon with market players (insurers, experts, lawyers, etc.) by contributing to the optimization of relationships with them
Communicate, inform (Provide information in real time to all parties relevant stakeholders (customers, account managers, line manager, technicians, insurers) and keep themselves informed

As part of the mission 1 Notify and monitor claims
reporting.
a given client and involve the hierarchy and/or the network depending on the complexity.
Assist the client when a disaster occurs (providing him with the advice necessary to defend his interests and, if necessary, assist him in. within the framework of meetings or expert assessment operations depending on the file).
Rapidly achieve settlement of claims through dynamic management, except for exceptions motivated by strategy.
Implement, taking into account Willis’ productivity and profitability objectives. Towers Watson, all the means to resolve problems.
Monitor and follow up on all claims files to be able to remain guarantor of the successful completion of actions.
Guarantee the consistency of the service provided to each customer.
Implement specific management procedures defined for certain categories of customers.
Update claims management and settlement tools in real time (TURBO, and others).
As part of mission 2:
Establish and monitor relationships with all stakeholders in disaster management.
Notify all positions to the customer on the terms of application of the guarantees.
Implement in all circumstances your knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills in the investigation of claims files.
Under the supervision of your hierarchy, take any initiative, measure and decide on any action aimed at prioritizing the interests of the client
Diligent all expertise and seek the opinion of all knowledgeable people in compliance with the procedures in force
Circulate within the Department and/or of Willis Towers Watson Cameroon its knowledge to enable the Company to establish its impact on the market.
As part of mission 3:
Inform the Customer Service Representative and/or the production technician of sensitive disasters and/or observed deviations.
Prepare the periodic report of the client’s claims with a view to renewals and the various meetings planned with the latter during the financial year.
Constantly keep the various statistics up to date and deliver them to stakeholders as quickly as possible in the format agreed for this purpose.
Communicate to the Sales Team all useful information collected during contacts with the customer during the negotiation of claims settlement terms.
Keep informed of both legal and technical developments that may affect the profession.
Establish tools allowing, within the framework of statistics, to highlight the vectors of losses and thus to authorize the implementation of means of prevention or adaptation of coverage to satisfy the specific needs of customers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
BTS level or equivalent
Good knowledge of IT, mastery of Excel, Word software
Great attention to detail.
Strong customer service, presentation and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to successfully complete the projects entrusted to him.
