Missions
Under the supervision of the company’s Communication and Digital Marketing Manager, the Communication Assistant will be responsible for:
• Development and monitoring of communication strategies: Participate in the definition of strategic axes and ensure their implementation.
• Digital marketing: Develop and manage digital campaigns on social networks and other online platforms.
• Event communication: Organize and promote events (conferences, trade fairs, etc.) in coordination with internal teams.
• Media planning: Analyze and optimize media planning to maximize the visibility of our actions.
• Writing: Write various content (press releases, articles, posts on social networks) adapted to our targets.
• Digital strategy: Contribute to the implementation of actions to strengthen our online presence and improve our brand image.
Profile
• Have a good command of the use of IT tools and the Office Pack
• Training: Bac +3 in communication, marketing or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of professional experience (experience in a communication agency would be an asset).
• Technical skills: Mastery of IT tools and new technologies.
• Languages: Being bilingual would be an asset (French and English desired).
Personal skills
• Be passionate about new technologies and/or digital
• Be very bright and motivated
• Have a good grasp of the concepts of communication and digital marketing
• Have good notions of communication, and a good ability to adapt
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have a good command of French and/or English
