CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
⚫ Manage and maintain all company communication channels, including website content, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.


• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and manage company pages. •
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across various
platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
⚫ Develop and implement
customer experience initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a
related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingual fluency required).
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Organize and coordinate corporate events and promotional activities. • Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus. Strong editing and proofreading skills. Application deadline: March 31, 2025
