The Role:
Participation in tax and duty declarations
Declaration of withholding tax certificates in the DGI e-billing platform
Assist the accountant in charge of monthly tax and duty declarations
Participation in account analyses
Assist other accountants with account analysis tasks
Payments of medical providers
Assist the treasurer in the following tasks:
Control of claims payments
Payment of claims (depending on available cash). Monitoring of the masterlist of RIBs of medical providers
Bank reconciliations
Carry out bank reconciliations on time
Follow up on outstanding amounts until they are cleared
Qualifications
Requirements:
Postgraduate diploma in accounting.
At least one (1) year of professional experience in a company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (basic knowledge required), and accounting software.
Organizational skills and rigor.
Fluency in English is an asset.
