In order to strengthen its customer portfolio, ISAS SARL is recruiting an ACCOUNT MANAGER/CUSTOMER MANAGER capable of being a leader in the sphere of new technologies in industry and infrastructure. Under the direct supervision of the Product Manager; he/she will have to carry out the following missions and responsibilities: – The B to B Sales Representative is responsible for the customer portfolio assigned to him/her (prospecting, offer monitoring, customer monitoring, order, delivery monitoring, invoice monitoring, portfolio increase, etc.); – Analyze sales statistics, propose and carry out concrete actions to improve performance (late stock releases, lost offers, lagging projects, unpaid invoices, unfiled invoices, amount of orders received, etc.); – Then work on the image and presentation of products and services (offers, flyers, models, promotional and advertising content, images, videos Profile and Requirements: – Bac + 3 minimum in commerce or marketing or accounting management / finance from an accredited training school / university; Minimum 2 years of experience including 1 year acquired in a financial environment similar to our company; Analytical skills and good knowledge of the stages of a sales process; A high sense of customer service: Availability, responsiveness with a strong ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and on several subjects; Rigorous and tenacious with a strong results orientation; Mastery of Pack-Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Ethics and confidentiality.
