As a Customer Experience Trainee, you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring an outstanding customer journey, from onboarding to maintaining strong relationships. You will gain valuable insights into customer service processes, case management, and administrative support, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support: Manage customer communication channels and ensure timely responses to queries.
Language Skills: Fluency in French and English.
Case Management: Handle customer cases with precision, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues as needed.

Administrative Support: Perform skilled operational and administrative tasks to support the team’s goals.
Contract & Dispute Management: Assist with contract management and support the resolution of disputes in a professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Apply defined guidelines to solve routine problems and escalate non-routine issues for further review.
Continuous Learning: Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and build a strong foundation in customer experience and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements

Education: A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Problem-Solving: Ability to use sound judgment within defined boundaries to resolve routine issues.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and challenges.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Douala, Cameroon.
