• Functional support: assisting customers in resolving their technical and functional issues.
• Writing and maintenance of documentation: create and update user manuals and technical documents.
• Functional testing: participate in the evaluation and validation of new and existing features before their deployment.
• Social media management: administer and manage the company’s social accounts to increase visibility.
• Various micro-tasks: contribute to any other missions necessary to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Required skills and qualifications
• Training: Bac +3 minimum in marketing, communication, or business school.
• Professional qualities: Dynamism, spirit of initiative, and strength of proposal.
• A first experience in marketing or communication would be a major asset.
