Assist and inform economic operators and affiliates on the conformity assessment process and all other related matters in order to facilitate the diligent issuance of the certificate of conformity (AC)

Minimum two (02) years of experience as a customer service officer in a related field,
Good knowledge of standardization (management and product standards);
Good knowledge of conformity assessment (audit, inspection, testing, verification),
Good knowledge of audit techniques and commercial techniques
Good knowledge of PM and PCA procedures, texts governing pre-shipment imports and PECAE, Country Instructions and IVP Management Rules, as well as ISO 17020 standard on inspection would be an additional asset,
Good knowledge of English and French (spoken and written).
